Your Provider Sends a Referral

Your treatment begins when your physician or specialist sends a referral to Infuse Care. Once received, our team reviews the referral and begins coordinating the next steps.

If additional information is needed, we will work with your referring provider’s office to help keep the process moving.

After your referral is reviewed, a member of our team will contact you directly. During this welcome call, we will explain the process, answer basic questions, and let you know what information may be needed before scheduling your infusion.

This call is also an opportunity to discuss your availability, insurance information, and any concerns you may have about your first visit.

Patient comfort

Your Visit in a Private Suite

When you arrive, our team will welcome you, confirm your information, and guide you to your private infusion suite.

During your visit, our nursing team will monitor your treatment, answer questions, and help make your experience as comfortable as possible. Depending on your prescribed medication, your appointment length may vary.

You are welcome to bring items that help you relax, such as a book, tablet, headphones, charger, or blanket.

Insurance Support

Insurance Benefit Verification and Prior Authorization

Infusion medications often require insurance review before treatment can be scheduled. Our team works directly with payers to verify benefits and help coordinate prior authorization when required.
